Job summary

LTS is seeking a Lead AI Architect / Strategist to define and lead the architecture, strategy, and implementation of next-generation AI solutions.

This role will drive enterprise AI transformation by designing scalable AI platforms, enabling Generative AI capabilities, and guiding the adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, and advanced analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years software/architecture experience.
• 5+ years AI/ML solution design and implementation.
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale architectures and data platforms.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Design scalable AI platforms using Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Architect systems integrating models, data platforms, and APIs.
• Develop patterns for LLM-based apps, AI agents, and AI copilots.
• Lead evaluations of AI technologies and govern AI initiatives.
• Mentor teams and communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders.
