Qualifications

• Proven record of driving measurable TVL or AUM growth in DeFi.
• Experience in fundraising from crypto VCs and running a Series A.
• Strong public presence with a capacity to communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own TVL growth metrics and strategies across token demand and staking.
• Lead capital formation by raising Series A from crypto-native investors.
• Be the public representative at conferences, carrying the company’s narrative.
