Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing DeFi ecosystems and managing TVL.

• Ability to diagnose protocol growth issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive protocol growth throughout the ecosystem.
• Build relationships with tokenized asset issuers for DeFi integration.
• Identify and leverage cross-protocol opportunities for value.
• Engage with institutional investors to facilitate onchain capital.
