Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6–10+ years in finance or capital markets; 3+ years in blockchain/DeFi.
• Strong knowledge of on‑chain data, DeFi protocols, and market‑making dynamics.
• Proven track record presenting investment and risk strategies to executives.
• Ability to bridge traditional accounting with DeFi workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect Capital Deployment Strategy and manage roadmap for ecosystem capital.
• Drive end‑to‑end negotiations with liquidity providers, market makers, and DeFi protocols.
• Lead risk governance, controls, and reporting for DeFi activities.
• Oversee treasury management, program economics, and execution of sales/liquidity programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Leadership to align with company objectives.
