Job summary

Patient Funding Alternatives (PFA) is building a data organization from the ground up. You will own the data platform, shape architecture, and establish analytics capabilities to support Enable 2.0 and improve hospital operations and patient access to coverage.

You will transform fragmented healthcare data into predictive insights, AI-enabled workflows, and decision support systems, with opportunities to grow into technical leadership as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience building production data systems.
• Expert-level Python — pipeline development, data manipulation, modeling, and backend engineering.
• Strong SQL proficiency — complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Experience with healthcare data standards and hospital data systems.
• Experience integrating external data sources into a central data environment.
• Ability to translate business questions into technical problems and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the data platform, analytics infrastructure, and architectural direction.
• Redesign data architecture for Enable 2.0 including ingestion pipelines and APIs.
• Build integrations for hospital and data partner sources.
• Design durable data cleaning and governance processes.
• Create data models for operational and analytical workloads.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deploy AI-driven features.
• Develop reporting layers and dashboards with Power BI.
