PointOne is seeking its first Customer Success Manager to join the founding team in New York. You will be the primary contact for law firm customers, help build the foundations of the customer success function, and drive engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and is excited to work in-person at a fast-paced startup. This position offers competitive equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Interest in AI and the future of professional services.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with users – from paralegals to managing partners.
• Manage the pilot process to convert prospective customers into contracts.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions for successful adoption.
• Document user feedback and partner with product/engineering.
