Job summary

Arketa is hiring a founding Creative Producer to own Arketa's content engine. You\'ll work end-to-end: concepting, shooting, directing, and editing across paid advertising, founder storytelling, and studio partner features.

This is a build-from-zero role with ownership over creative direction. You\'ll move fast, maintain high craft, and collaborate with our content and marketing team, working directly with the founder on her content series.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in video production with hands-on shooting, lighting, directing and editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form social, brand storytelling or ad creative.
• Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent.
• Clear point of view on what good looks like and strong creative taste.
• Experience shooting and directing non-professional talent on camera.
• Able to build or lead a production function as the sole full-time producer.
• Experience briefing external freelancers and maintaining high quality standards.
• Highly organized and autonomous with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Long-form brand content: plan, shoot, and produce interview, documentary and behind-the-scenes features.
• Events and activations: cover brand events and turn footage into publishable content.
• Creative direction: develop concepts and scripts; manage external talent and briefs.
• Content infrastructure: build briefing, production, and asset management systems.
