ADDA Talent Solutions is recruiting a Founding Content Creator to become the new face of the company, leading storytelling across performance marketing ads. You’ll script, film, edit, and analyze, partnering with the VP Growth to shape strategy and marketing angles.

This strategic, on-camera role requires end-to-end content production and brand representation, with opportunities to collaborate with external creators and networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, creative strategy, or performance creative for DTC/ecommerce brands or agencies.
• Strong grasp of problem-solution and direct-response ad frameworks.
• Experience using performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR) to inform creative decisions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with a small, scrappy team.

Responsibilities

• Create content end to end in-house, including filming and/or appearing in UGC-style content when needed.
• Partner with the VP of Growth to identify and prioritize creative angles and marketing bets to test.
• Concept and script ads that are direct response and conversion-oriented for Meta.
• Research and track formats, hooks, and angles from performance data and reference ads to keep ideas flowing.
• Collaborate with creators and editors to ensure final ad matches the script intent.
• Review ad performance (CPA, CTR, ROAS) with the growth team and apply learnings to next scripts.
• Stay on top of creative trends across Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.
• Leverage AI to scale scriptwriting and ad development.
