Job summary

ARB Interactive is seeking a talented Performance Creative Producer to bring brand, games, and marketing campaigns to life through high-impact video content. This AI-native role moves ideas to finished videos fast, with ownership of concept to final render and cross-platform adaptations.

You’ll collaborate with UA and marketing editors, develop hooks, scripts, and AI-generated elements, and test more ideas than a traditional shoot-based process would allow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing video or producing content, ideally in gaming, entertainment or performance marketing.
• Fluent with AI tools for video, image and voice generation.
• Experience making video for paid social or other performance-driven channels.
• Generate your own ideas, hooks and scripts rather than waiting for a brief.
• Comfort reading basic performance numbers to decide what to make next.
• Eye for pacing, openings, and quick decision making.
• Ability to run several projects at once without compromising quality or speed.
• Experience with sound editing, royalty-free music libraries and basic color correction.
• Bonus: understanding casino and gaming aesthetics.
• Role can be fully remote or hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in Miami or NYC.

Responsibilities

• Take rough ideas and turn them into testable videos in days, not weeks.
• Write hooks and short scripts, then build them from gameplay, creator footage and AI material.
• Use AI video, image and voice tools and AI-assisted storyboarding to test more ideas.
• Create rough cuts quickly, focusing on core idea testing over polish.
• Read video performance metrics (hold rate, watch time, CTR) to shape future work.
• Push winners further with new hooks, creators, higher production value, and platform-native versions.
• Keep the video library organized and tagged to reveal patterns.
• Collaborate with UA and marketing editors to align weekly objectives.
• Drive social content production and viral content across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.
• Help refine workflows as the team grows.
