You will capture compelling moments, develop a strong short-form engine (Instagram first), and shape long-form content and podcasts. You’ll manage captions, scripts, and posting, while growing the audience and the brand across platforms.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required demonstrating videography and content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience with entrepreneurship content is a plus.
• College degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality content alongside the Founder.
• Develop short- and long-form content strategies.
• Manage posting, captions, hooks, and schedules.
• Direct editing and coordinate remote editors.
• Grow audience and brand across platforms.
