Siena AI is seeking a highly autonomous creative leader who treats every launch as a crafted brand moment. You will drive narrative, design strategy, and output across landing pages, videos, decks, and social assets, setting a high bar for the team and the product.

This role blends creative direction with hands-on execution from day one. You'll build and guide an internal agency mindset, own the design system, and push AI-enabled workflows to ship high‑impact experiences for consumer brands.

• Own narrative and positioning for launches with strong point of view.
• Demonstrated track record in owning creative direction (agency or in-house).
• Able to ship landing pages and related assets with minimal external input.

• Own every artifact that goes to market: landing pages, launch video, decks, social
• Own the design system, from v3 onward
• Set the bar, full stop. If it ships under the Siena name, you made it or you signed off on it
