Authority Brands is seeking a Creative Director to lead distinctive creative across its portfolio, turning business and audience insights into campaigns and content. The role emphasizes a strong visual point of view, storytelling, and generative AI integration.

You will mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and producers, collaborating with Brand Marketing and Operations to deliver high-impact creative across digital, social, and website content.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership creative role (Creative Director/Associate Creative Director) in agency or in-house brand setting
• Experience in a franchise model with localization and national brand needs
• Proven ability to manage, grow, and empower multidisciplinary teams
• Strong collaboration with Brand Marketing and Operations to translate insights into visuals and copy
• Portfolio showing strong storytelling and brand consistency with AI-enabled workflows

Responsabilités

• Lead creative projects from brief through execution with high quality and brand consistency across campaigns
• Develop integrated creative ideas with designers and copywriters
• Translate business, audience, and product priorities into compelling creative strategies
• Advance AI-powered creative production and evaluate new tools and workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and production partners with clear direction
• Present concepts to leadership and key stakeholders
• Mentor and inspire a team of creatives across multiple brands
• Balance leadership with hands-on writing, concepting, and narrative development
• Prioritize workload with Brand Marketing for high-impact initiatives
