Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience at a leading technology-focused law firm or in-house at a tech company.
• Expert in commercial law, with deep drafting and negotiation of contracts and MSAs.
• JD and active US license to practice law.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in AI and legal tech.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead for practice areas (commercial or corporate) and shape product strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial or corporate documents end to end.
• Build and refine US product templates and playbooks from a legal perspective.
• Design scalable legal workflows to drive product adoption and growth.
• Provide strategic guidance on US commercial matters as we scale.
