Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with hands-on manufacturing cost accounting experience.
• Experience with inventory control, standard costing, job costing and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close processes for manufacturing operations.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing cost accounting framework including inventory management, standard costing and variance analysis.
• Lead audit readiness efforts and align financial reporting with IPO compliance standards (S-1).
• Oversee grant tracking and compliance for funding programs.
