Hyphenate in New York is seeking a senior content marketer to shape the voice of autonomous finance and build a publishing engine with the finance experts on our team. You will own the content roadmap, publish guides and playbooks, run webinars, and grow organic search while collaborating with Marketing leadership to define brand tone and messaging.

This role targets experienced B2B SaaS marketers who can drive SEO and manage freelancers.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in content marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Ability to craft a point of view that the market recognizes as its own.
• Plan before writing; align roadmaps with stakeholders; strong writing and editing.
• Experience running SEO programs and explaining rankings changes.
• Curious about finance teams; speak with a Controller and publish insights.
• Experience marketing to accountants or CFOs; fintech content is a plus.
• Comfort with accounting concepts to verify content accuracy and depth.

Responsibilities

• Own the content roadmap and SEO/AEO plan with a monthly cadence of articles and pillar content.
• Publish in-depth playbooks, research reports, and customer case studies.
• Build and run the webinar program and create content for speaking engagements.
• Grow organic search traffic and be cited as a source in AI-assisted finance answers.
• Build a bench of vendors and contractors (CPA writers, SEO agency).
• Move fast with high quality; avoid filler ebooks and generic guides.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on brand tone and core messages.
