Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Wholesale Manager to build the company’s first wholesale function. You will hire and lead a team of wholesale account representatives and events staff, create processes, and own the revenue plan and budget.

You’ll implement wholesale platforms, set pricing and terms, manage accounts with licensed Minnesota cannabis businesses, and coordinate brand launches, events, and trade marketing, while ensuring compliance with Minnesota cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, wholesale, or trade marketing experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proven revenue growth across accounts and disciplined collections.
• Experience with events budgets and trade marketing programs.
• Cannabis/regulatory product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Minnesota wholesale function with a new team.
• Manage platforms like ordering, CRM, and reporting; establish procedures and metrics.
• Own Minnesota wholesale strategy from pitch and pricing to order and reorder.
• Oversee accounts receivable and set credit terms with Finance.
• Coordinate brand launches and community events with wholesale partners; ensure compliance.
