Reflection AI Ltd is seeking a founding Brand Designer to define and own Reflection’s visual identity. As the first design hire on the marketing team, you’ll shape brand systems and craft across formats, translating complex technical ideas into clear visuals while partnering with engineers and external creatives.

You will lead design direction, contribute to events and experiences, and push for a distinctive, culturally relevant brand as Reflection grows.

Formación

• 5+ years in brand or visual design, ideally at a tech company or agency.
• Portfolio demonstrates strong concepts, craft, and brand systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop creative concepts and visual systems across channels.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals including diagrams and data visuals.
• Create high-quality digital assets for website, pages, social, presentations, emails and other owned channels.
• Build and evolve scalable brand systems, templates, and design standards for fast, quality output.
• Collaborate with web engineers and external partners to turn ideas into polished digital experiences.
• Contribute to the creative direction of events, experiences, and brand merchandise.
• Continuously push the brand to be distinctive and culturally relevant as the company grows.
