Job summary

Charta Health is building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations, and this Founding Brand Designer role will own our visual identity from the ground up, shaping the storytelling system that speaks to enterprise buyers.

In this role you’ll translate AI capabilities into clean, high-trust visual narratives across touchpoints with hands-on autonomy to set brand strategy, design systems, and marketing architecture as we scale into enterprise expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand design experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup.
• A portfolio showing typography, layout, visual storytelling, and craft in Webflow/Figma.
• A track record of translating complex technical products into approachable visual narratives.
• Strong instincts for conversion design and scalable visual systems.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and formalize our brand identity system for enterprise decision-makers.
• Own the website and landing pages, driving redesigns and optimization for conversion.
• Create high-impact assets: pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, product one-pagers, and executive reports.
• Collaborate with Content and Demand Generation on ad creative, social assets, and emails.
• Design offline brand presence for conferences, events, and swag.
