Charta Health, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead customer engagements end-to-end, from discovery through deployment.

You’ll be the bridge between customers, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring implementations deliver lasting product value. In this role you’ll partner with Sales during pre-sales to understand pain points, shape solution architecture, and build confidence in Charta’s ability to deliver.

Qualifications

• Owner mindset and attention to detail in client workflows, contracts, or specs.
• Ability to translate pain points into clear product requirements.
• Strong, confident communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data workflows, and systems thinking, plus structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and manage enterprise AI solutions with customers.
• Lead technical discovery during sales, scoping integrations and setting realistic expectations.
• Map workflows to integrations, delivering high ROI for each customer.
• Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product teams to implement new features.
