Qualifications

• 2-3 total years of experience in top-tier environments or startups
• Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to structure ambiguous problems
• High-agency operator who owns problems and drives execution
• Cross-functional collaborator across product, ops, and sales
• Customer- and partner-savvy with clear, empathetic communication
• Interest/experience at the intersection of healthcare and tech

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Internal Operations (70-80%): fix pain points across sales, onboarding, and customer success; lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives; define and track KPIs; build scalable internal systems; partner with founders on priority alignment.
• Growth, GTM, and External Engagement (20-30%): support go-to-market strategy, manage enterprise relationships, incorporate customer insights into roadmaps, create external collateral and sales materials
