Job summary

Osmind, a mental health technology company, is hiring two Founding BDRs to build our outbound motion from the ground up. You’ll report directly to the Director of Sales with no layer in between, shaping the playbook that scales with the company.

You’ll contact clinics using ketamine, Spravato, and TMS, researching before outreach, engaging in live conversations, and rapidly routing opportunities to the right offering.

Qualifications

• Ownership to experiment and build the playbook with the team.
• Comfortable talking to people unexpectedly contacted.
• Able to discuss how a business makes and loses money.
• Treat callers as allies; owner often decides if they hear about us.
• AI-first: use or build outreach workflows, not only manual.
• Clear and persuasive writing in outreach.
• Coachable and eager to learn from leadership.
• No prior BDR experience required; grit and creativity valued.

Responsibilities

• Own a list of target clinics; know their treatments and decision makers.
• Research accounts before outreach; lead with their situation.
• Spend real time on the phone; conversations move clinics forward.
• Respond quickly when clinics show interest via reply, click, or site visit.
• Qualify honestly and verify information; avoid passing poor fits.
• Route clinics to the right offering before handing over.
• Own outbound workflow in Unify; enrichment, sequencing, drafting.
• Help write the playbook; define the process from day one.
