Job summary

Osmind is hiring two Founding Business Development Representatives to build our outbound motion from the ground up. You will report directly to the Director of Sales and help shape the playbook for later BDRs.

Expect hands-on outreach on clinics using ketamine, Spravato, and TMS, with automation via Unify to maximize your conversations and impact. We’ll value grit, creativity, and the ability to write clearly for cold outreach, alongside comfort with discussing clinic finances and strategy.

Qualifications

• Ownership mindset to build playbooks as we scale the outbound motion.
• Ability to have real conversations about how a clinic makes and spends money.
• Willingness to experiment and build solutions in uncharted territory.
• Strong writing ability for cold emails and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a list of target clinics and decision makers.
• Research each account to tailor the first outreach sentence.
• Speak with clinics live on the phone and move conversations forward.
• Respond rapidly to interest via reply, click, or site visit.
• Qualify thoroughly to avoid poor-fit handoffs to Sales.
• Route clinics to the right offering (software vs. business services).
• Own outbound workflow in Unify, enrichments, sequencing, and drafting.
• Help write the outbound playbook for future team members.
