Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience, preferably in a startup or fast-moving tech company.
• Strong backend engineering skills with ownership of production delivery.
• Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered product features.
• Ability to work autonomously across engineering, product decisions and UX, including customer engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; solid CS fundamentals.
• Experience with Python, backend engineering, AI/ML, and system design.

Responsibilities
