Job summary

Roivant seeks a Founding Engineer to build the core technology for new health AI ventures. You will partner with business, product, and clinical leaders to rapidly de-risk, prototype, and productize software at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and real-world biomedical data.

This hands-on, entrepreneurial role requires delivering scalable ML pipelines and tooling, while adapting to evolving requirements and fast-paced development.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying ML/AI systems in production environments.
• Strong Python engineering skills with scalable, testable code.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical strategy for new company formation, including scoping early technical feasibility, data needs, and initial proofs.
• Design, build, and iterate tooling, infrastructure, and workflows to run AI/ML training and inference workloads at scale.
• Develop and refine data and model pipelines that integrate multimodal health data for AI/ML tasks.
• Collaborate closely with domain experts to incorporate client insights into model design and deployment.
