Job summary
Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a hands-on antibody conjugation scientist to build capability from the ground up, integrating chemistry, automation, and analytics to move candidates toward study-ready material.
The role partners with medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry, computational chemistry, protein biochemistry, and automation to scale from bench to high-throughput workflows, with salary range 155K–180K plus bonus and equity.
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent with hands-on bioconjugation experience preferred.
- Experience with antibody/protein conjugation chemistry and site-specific methods.
- Experience enabling automated/semi-automated workflows is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize antibody bioconjugation methods with degrader payloads.
- Design automation-friendly protocols for liquid handlers.
- Execute scale-up conjugation runs for pharmacology and PK/PD studies.
- Purify conjugates and troubleshoot yields and stability.
- Write SOPs and train automation teams on workflows.
- Collaborate with chemists, computational chemists, and CROs/CDMOs.
- Stay current on DAC/ADC methods and bring new techniques to Nurix.
