Job summary

Participle is seeking a founding Lead AI Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to own the core technical architecture, data pipelines, and cloud deployment. You will drive end-to-end technical execution from multimodal RAG pipelines to scalable Go microservices and AWS deployments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery of Go and Python for data/ML pipelines.
• Experience building production-grade RAG pipelines and multimodal embeddings.
• Hands-on with AWS, Docker, and scalable microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance Go backend microservices and APIs.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines and RAG systems.
• Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, Docker containers, and CI/CD deployments for high concurrency.
• Develop automated ETL tools for LMS data migration across platforms.
• Ensure FERPA/ADA/WCAG compliance and enterprise security standards.
