Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is seeking a founding Forward Deployed Engineer for a hybrid role based in Madison, WI. Responsibilities

Partner with customers to understand processes, uncover challenges, and identify value.
Design, build, deploy, and support AI-powered platforms, workflows, and automations.
Develop workflows, agent capabilities, and document schemas to meet client needs.
Create integrations, prototypes, and lightweight applications using agentic tools.
Define success metrics and measure outcomes post-implementation.
Monitor deployments, troubleshoot, and improve reliability and performance.
