NGL Energy Partners LP is seeking an AI Architect to drive enterprise AI strategy, establish architecture standards, and lead cross-functional delivery teams. This hands-on role blends strategic planning with solution delivery, partnering with IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance to advance responsible AI adoption while protecting company information.

The candidate will design AI solutions, establish production practices, and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a tech-related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in technology architecture, software development, data platforms, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience developing AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, model evaluation, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with AI governance and security frameworks, model risk management, SDLC, secure AI development, and data architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI architecture and roadmaps.
• Define architecture standards for generative AI, ML, and automation across enterprise systems.
• Establish governance, security, and risk management for AI initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and provide technical direction.
