Job summary

Rockstar is recruiting for a market-leading AI voice agent company for mortgage lenders. You will define and continuously improve the security and privacy program, implement best practices across cloud infrastructure and internal systems, and own identity, access, and secrets controls.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have hands-on security engineering experience.
• Experience securing and operating cloud infrastructure required (AWS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption, logging, vulnerability management, and cloud security best practices.
• Ability to implement security controls, not just define policies.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve the company’s security and privacy program.
• Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure, applications, and internal systems.
• Build secure patterns and controls for internal AI agent use cases.
• Own identity, access, secrets, and privileged access controls.
• Lead customer security reviews and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 Type II.
• Manage third-party penetration testing and drive remediation of findings.
