Ama is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to own the product and the agent harness behind every report. You’ll work directly with the Founder, our Agentic Compliance Engineers, and clients, and you’ll build the engineering team under you as we scale.

You will oversee verification, ingestion, and full-stack delivery using Python/FastAPI, Postgres, and AI tooling. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at a fast-growing startup.

Mansioni

• Make AI output trustworthy: Build verification layer behind every report: grounding, citations, evals, and regression tests.
• Own the product: Lead product design and improvement, testing extensively for optimization; own code review, merges, and releases.
• Scale throughput: Job orchestration, parallelism and cost per report to handle larger environmental report loads.
• Ingest anything: PDF parsing, OCR, table extraction, and handwritten records.
• Full-Stack: Python/FastAPI, Postgres/Alembic, background workers, frontend, etc.
• Orchestrate: Hire a world-class engineering team around you as we grow.
