Regulate GmbH is seeking a Founding AI Product Engineer to own the technical core of our AI-powered breathwork platform. You will drive architecture, code quality, and end-to-end delivery, collaborating with the product co-founder and AI agents to ship at enterprise speed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on engineering, real products that users depend on.
• Experience building AI-powered systems and workflows.
• Strong security and GDPR awareness in design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the product codebase end-to-end — backend, integrations, iOS and Android.
• Build the product with AI as the primary workflow.
• Collaborate with developers and AI agents to ship at speed.
• Work closely with the product co-founder to define the experience.
• Ensure architecture, quality, security, and GDPR standards across the codebase.
• Build internal agents and automations that keep the company operating efficiently.
