Job summary

Founders Factory is building a new venture focused on AI-driven recruitment workflow automation. We seek a hands-on Lead Engineer to take a zero-to-product journey and, potentially, become Technical Co-Founder of an independent venture-backed company.

You will implement AI-agent capabilities, connect APIs and data sources, and ship an end-to-end candidate workflow from acquisition to engagement. German language skills and entrepreneurial ambition are highly valued.

Qualifications

Strong full-stack engineer able to build independently from zero to working product.
Experience automating messy real-world workflows.
Hands-on experience shipping LLM/AI-agent functionality to users.
Familiarity with the DACH market; German strongly preferred.
Experience with recruitment or HR tech, ATS/CRM integrations, WhatsApp, voice AI, or workflow-heavy SaaS is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

Build the first version of the product from scratch and demonstrate working functionality.
Design and implement AI-driven candidate acquisition, qualification, matching, and follow-up workflows.
Integrate with existing recruiting tools, APIs and third-party systems.
