Job summary

Obin AI is seeking a founding platform engineering leader in New York to own the paved road for compliant agent workflows. You will build scaffolding, tooling, and CI/CD governance for multi-tenant deployments in regulated financial environments.

Lead a small team, define engineering standards, and create a reusable tool catalog with versioned definitions. You will partner with enterprise clients to ship secure, auditable AI workflows with strong governance.

Qualifications

Experience building and operating a multi-tenant platform used by external developers.
Experience in regulated environments with SOC 2, audit trails, access control, and model risk.
Experience turning services delivery into product and determining platform primitives.
Experience leading engineers and setting standards with written guidelines.

Responsibilities

Own the paved road: scaffolding, tooling, isolation model, and release machinery.
Lead a small, high-caliber team and establish engineering standards.
Develop a shared tool catalog and promote versioned, shared definitions.
Implement versioning, promotion lanes, and auditable CI/CD processes.
Build a compliance harness with auditability for agent runs.
