Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a founding DevOps engineer to build the operational platform for an early-stage AI assistant company. You will own the cloud infrastructure, implement IaC, and enable a small engineering team to ship rapidly while ensuring reliability and security.

You will design and operate observability, establish on-call rotations, lead incident postmortems, and help hire future infra engineers. The role is on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineering, including production on-call responsibilities.
