Job summary

GRIDSIGHT seeks to establish a Forward Deployed Engineering function by embedding with power engineers and GTM teams to translate complex utility problems into product requirements. The role leads dogfooding, rollout, and adoption of AI-native tooling to enhance grid intelligence workflows.

The candidate should be a product-minded software engineer with Python and SQL strength and meaningful experience in power systems or utility infrastructure, capable of driving adoption in large enterprise
