Job summary

Fulcrum is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with customers to implement our AI automation platform and deliver tailored software solutions. You will apply problem‑solving skills, creativity, and technical expertise to become the customer’s first resource for deploying AI automations within their business workflows.

In this role you’ll own customer engagements from requirements to delivery, build new features with customers, and integrate them into our core

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant, post‑college work experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong coder with proven proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Excellence in technical documentation and cross‑team communication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical customers; comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and many iterations with customers.
• Ability to work 5 days a week from our San Francisco office (open to candidates willing to relocate).

• Own the end‑to‑end implementation and execution of high‑stakes customer engagements and projects, determining customer requirements and how best to apply our AI automations to their workflows.
