Job summary

Featherless AI is seeking an experienced Account Executive for its AI Cloud platform in Fort Worth, TX. This full-cycle sales role carries quota, closes enterprise and scale-up deals, and forges relationships with developers, ML engineers, and CTOs.

You’ll work directly with the CRO to shape the commercial motion and drive growth. You’ll own opportunities from discovery through signed contracts, collaborate with BDRs and DevRel on pipeline generation, and help build a repeatable GTM engine while

Qualifications

• 3–6 years closing deals in cloud infrastructure or AI tooling.
• Proven track record selling to developers, ML engineers and CTOs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data-driven pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle sales across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Close enterprise and scale-up deals with technical buyers.
• Build executive-level relationships with CTOs and ML leads.
• Collaborate with CRO to refine acquisition and expansion playbooks.
• Mentor BDRs and maintain CRM rigor with accurate forecasting.
