Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is seeking founding APRN providers to deliver aesthetic treatments in clients' homes across Virginia. As a 1099 contractor, you set your schedule, choose clients, and grow a private practice with support from a trusted brand.

Founding Providers lead the way in their communities, with overhead covered and access to events, influencer partnerships, marketing, and ongoing professional trainings.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia APRN license is required.
• Certification in injectables, or readiness to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person trainings as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials per Pinch standards.
• Build your book of clients from Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Manage your schedule, typically 10–20 client hours per week.
• Grow your practice with Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate, timely client records and manage supplies.
