Job summary

Pinch Med Spa in Virginia is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) to join as Founding Providers for at-home aesthetics. You’ll deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in clients’ homes while building your own book of business with Pinch’s support.

As a 1099 contractor, you control your schedule, choose your clients, and earn top-of-market rates with overhead covered. Training opportunities and malpractice coverage are included to help you grow your practice on your

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Virginia.
• Certification in injectables—or willingness to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person trainings on listed dates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling,
• chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
• Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.
• Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.
