Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join as a Founding Provider delivering at-home aesthetics treatments across Pennsylvania. You’ll perform tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in clients' homes with the freedom to set your schedule and build your own book of business.

We cover overhead, provide malpractice insurance, marketing, and ongoing support, while offering top-of-market pay.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Pennsylvania.
• Certification in injectables or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• If newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely.
• Build your client base from Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Own your schedule, averaging 10–20 hours per week.
• Grow your business using Pinch's marketing tools for outreach and referrals.
• Run a polished practice with proper supplies and accurate, timely client records.
