Job summary

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Virginia for a 1099 contractor role, delivering tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. You set your own schedule and build your practice with Pinch's support.

Founding Providers lead the way in their communities, with overhead covered and top‑of‑market pay. You will grow your client base, maintain records, and participate in trainings to stay at the forefront of aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia APRN license is required.
• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete Pinch Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person trainings if newer to injectables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials to clients safely and to Pinch standards.
• Build your client base from Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Own your schedule, typically 10–20 hours per week.
• Grow your business using Pinch marketing tools for outreach and referrals.
• Run a polished practice with proper supplies and client records.
