Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Virginia for a 1099 contractor role delivering tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. Founding Providers will define Pinch’s presence in their communities with flexible schedules and a growing client base.

You will be supported by Pinch with overhead coverage—malpractice insurance, marketing, technology—and paid at top-of-market rates for every treatment, enabling you to focus on

Qualifications

• Active Virginia APRN license required.
• Certification in injectables or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person training if newer to injectables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely and to Pinch standards.
• Build your client base from Pinch marketing and personal network; turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule; expect to work 10–20 hours per week.
• Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records.
