Sim is seeking its first sales hire to turn demand into a repeatable process. You will identify teams that can benefit from our knowledge-work automation tool, demonstrate capabilities to engineers and IT leaders, and close deals to drive rapid growth.

You’ll operate in a highly technical, founder-led environment where your prior deals and credibility steer adoption. Expect equity and a significant OTE aligned with performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an early or founding sales rep.
• Technical ability to earn trust of engineers and IT leaders and demo the product.
