Withum is seeking a Founders & Tech Executive Tax Manager for itsLos Angeles, CA area and other locations. You will lead tax engagements, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships while navigating complex state and federal tax matters.

The role offers growth in a collaborative, high-performance environment. The team emphasizes actionable tax strategies and a client-centric approach, with opportunities across Business, Individual, State & Local, R&D credits, and International services.

Qualifications

• CPA license and/or advanced taxation degree required.
• Experience leading tax engagements and supervising staff.
• Strong analytical, client service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations for accuracy.
• Research and draft tax memoranda on complex matters.
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities.
• Oversee tax engagements and supervise staff.
• Develop client relationships and ensure timely delivery.
