Job summary

Pagos Consultants is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the founding team and own a revenue-generating product from day one. You will act as a technical and commercial generalist using AI to build products and optimize workflows.

You'll move quickly from ideas to production, analyse data to inform decisions, and collaborate across product, growth, strategy, and operations with substantial autonomy.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience using AI tools with at least one self-built tool or product
• Combination of technical and commercial capabilities
• Solid understanding of revenue and unit economics
• Experience analyzing product or business performance with data
• Proven track record in high-performance tech environments
• Evidence of intellectual curiosity through side projects or startup involvement
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment
• High ownership and comfort with minimal structure
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Responsibilities

• Owning a revenue-generating product end to end, including its commercial and operational performance
• Building AI-powered tools, automations, workflows, and products from concept through to production
• Using modern AI tools as a core part of day-to-day work and building processes
• Analysing product and commercial data, forming hypotheses, and making evidence-based decisions
• Working across product, growth, strategy, and operations to pursue opportunities
• Identifying opportunities to improve revenue, engagement, unit economics, and performance
• Going deep into new problems and quickly developing expertise as needed
• Making high-impact decisions that influence product trajectory
• Collaborating with founders on new product opportunities and strategic initiatives
