In this role you will align CEO priorities with company OKRs, prepare materials for boards and investors, and own high-impact special projects across fundraising, restructuring and new-market entry. You will operate with discretion and high trust, shaping the next phase of HAQQ's expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in consulting, VC/PE, or startup operations/bizops; founder-facing experience.
• Exceptional structuring, writing and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with ambiguity, finance and legal context.
• Discretion and high trust; MENA exposure a plus.

• Drive the CEO's priorities, OKRs and cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Prepare board, investor and leadership materials; run the operating cadence.
• Own special projects spanning fundraising, restructuring and new-market entry.
• Act as a trusted proxy for the founders across teams and partners.
