Job summary

Freehand is seeking a Founder's Office leader in San Francisco to own high-impact, strategic initiatives across capital, talent, sales, implementations, and product. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build end-to-end financial models, dashboards, and metrics that illuminate bottlenecks and drive value for the business.

You will lead strategic finance activities, structure org design, and contribute to fundraising and investor communications, shaping how Freehand scales

Qualifications

• CS undergrad from top tier college in India or the US.
• MBA from HBS, Wharton, or Stanford.
• 2–4 years in investment banking or private equity.
• 2–4 years in an operating BizOps/Strategic Finance role at a consumer tech or B2B software company.

Responsibilities

• Build the top-down financial model of the business across pipelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and ROI of debottlenecking initiatives.
• Stand up dashboards and a consolidated business view with leading indicators.
• Set weekly, monthly, quarterly goals with function heads and drive prioritised improvements.
• Run weekly functional reviews and fortnightly business reviews with the CEO.
• Own strategic initiatives across customer expansion, pricing, org design, cost optimization.
• Run board meetings end-to-end: materials, narrative, investor materials, modeling.
