Job summary

SWGA Homecare is seeking a founding VP of Finance & Capital to own the financial model, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, unit economics, and financial reporting. This is an entrepreneurial, ground-up role with remote US work and the potential to influence every aspect of the company’s capital needs and banking relationships.

You will drive investor readiness, prepare materials for due diligence, and shape the overall financial strategy in partnership with the founder and executive
