Cardless is seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff to partner with the founder and president. You will tackle the organization's hardest, most interdisciplinary problems and help the company run smoothly while scaling.

This IC role offers hands-on responsibility, deep exposure to leadership, and opportunities to shape the business trajectory with equity and comprehensive benefits. In-office in San Francisco, with a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder and president to solve the company’s hardest, most interdisciplinary problems.
• Shadow the founder, join executive meetings, pitches, and workshops to gain deep context.
• Take on initial problems end-to-end, from redesigning processes to launching new features or business lines.
• Grow into higher-impact challenges and potentially lead new initiatives or teams over time.
