Base360.ai is seeking a Founder in Residence to identify a major opportunity in the short-term rental industry and build a new product or business vertical within the company. You will assemble the right team, validate the market, and grow it into a standalone business with revenue and impact, leveraging the backing of seasoned founders and extensive resources.

You’ll lead growth, product adoption, and financial performance, while presenting progress to the founders and executive team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
